This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you interact with Thames British School (the “School”), including when you:

  • make an enquiry / request information / book a visit,
  • apply for admission,

  • Enquiry/admissions information: child’s age/year group, prior school, language needs, preferred start date, information you share in messages

B) Pupils and parents/guardians (including applicants)

  • Pupil and family identification data: pupil name, date of birth, parent/guardian details
